The Festival will take place in October in Los Angeles, but you do not have to be here. Reading/watching submissions is remote- online only. We are looking for local, national, and international JUDGES-VOLUNTEERS in return, we offer TWO FREE VIP ALL FILMS PASS, for you plus your guest. No accommodation or travel is included, it's a non-paid position.

We invite professional film judges, but also regular cinemagoers, or just those who love scary films. You will join other film critics, and together you’ll be reviewing this year's submissions. You can choose if you want to watch films or read screenplays or maybe both.

Please review all shorts. When you give a review, think about Yelp, when you post your review there about service, or the restaurant you're just eating at.

FILM REVIEW EXAMPLE:
Film "TITANIC". Review: The cinematography is breathtaking. The acting is phenomenal. It’s a very compelling story with great sound and direction, film is AWARDS WORTHY.

As you can see after the review, we use the phrase: AWARD WORTHY- meaning work is amazing. This gives us an idea if you love what you saw, or maybe it was ok, or absolutely you did not like it. For that, please choose: RECOMMENDED (when short is good), PASS (not good), MAYBE (it's just ok), or AWARD WORHTY (a must-see film). A review of the film should include your opinion about the acting, story, etc.
